Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate reporting and posting of performance metrics for incentive and operational reports on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive impactful initiatives, programs, events, and incentives that enhance team member engagement and reinforce our organizational culture.
  • Manage office responsibilities, create reports and presentations, and prepare for site meetings.
  • Organize, plan, and facilitate site visits and activities.
  • Offer real-time scheduling assistance by arranging appointments and avoiding conflicts.
  • Work alongside the Corporate Event planner to bring the vision to life on site.
  • Coordinate and schedule lunches/events, and prepare and disseminate marketing/communication materials to the site.
  • Manage supply orders and conduct monthly inventory checks.
  • Ensure that lounges, conference rooms, and facilities are well-stocked and maintained.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and other industry contacts to design and implement creative and logistical aspects of events.
  • Oversee deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and others to identify event needs.
  • Gather and organize data and reports to highlight necessary changes or decisions to keep the team aligned with goals and objectives.
  • Assist in managing the administration of small projects or programs that propel team goals and initiatives forward. Partner with senior management to drive impactful initiatives, programs, and incentives that enhance team member engagement and strengthen our culture.
  • Participate in meetings to provide unique insights from Business Support, help maintain focus during discussions, and document key decisions and takeaways.
  • Aid in the development of new policies and procedures and ensure their effective rollout to employees at each site.
