Job Overview

IronSite, Inc. is a leading provider of commercial and residential gate automation solutions. We are seeking a skilled Senior Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site diagnostic assessments and troubleshoot issues with gate and door systems.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, including welding, wiring, and programming equipment as needed.
  • Verify that devices operate efficiently according to customer specifications and document work completed accurately in Service Titan software.
  • Manage truck inventory efficiently and collaborate with the support team for equipment procurement when necessary.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with technical skills such as Ammeter, HVAC/R, Ohmmeter, Schematics interpretation, Stick welding, CMMS operation, Hydraulics maintenance.
  • Prior experience working with gate operators or similar low-voltage electrical systems for at least 3 years.
  • High School diploma or equivalent education required; an Associate's degree or vocational program in electro-mechanical systems is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of welding principles is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of field service experience interacting with customers on-site.
  • OSHA 10-Hour Certification is a plus.

Work Environment

The role involves working in construction sites, warehouses, and outdoor customer locations where personal protective equipment is essential for safety.

Travel Required

Frequent day travel to job sites, vendor locations, and offices is expected as part of the job requirements.
