Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Josh Sherrill Insurance Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and meeting sales and lead generating activities goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers and prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of sales strategies and goals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; some industry or product knowledge preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2+ years of outside sales experience.
  • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and lead generating activities goals.
