  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving ability/organization and negotiation skills.
  • Team-oriented mentality to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office products – Experience using Customer Relationship Management tools preferred (i.e., Salesforce).
Work Environment

This role requires frequent travel to customer sites, often in variable weather and temperature conditions. A valid driver's license and a good motor vehicle record are required.

Education and Certifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
