Wireless Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Multi-Unit Sales Manager to join our team. As a Wireless Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and motivating a team of experienced associates to achieve sales and business targets in multiple retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, lead, coach, guide, mentor, develop, and manage a team of Wireless Sales Professionals.
- Inspire and motivate a team to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets.
- Demonstrate a player-coach approach to work, leading by example with sales and training for top performance in a territory market.
- Leads and executes recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels of top-quality talent in all assigned locations.
- Foster professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates.
- Represent the model of professionalism, work ethic, and determination of Premium and the client, Walmart.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary package with bonus compensation ranging from $12,000 to $24,000, annually.
- High-performing Wireless Sales Managers with Premium can earn upwards of $75,000 per year, from base salary and commissions/bonuses earning(s).
- Full benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) program, and generous Paid Time Off (PTO) program.

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Management experience preferred.
- Wireless or related experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record in multi-tasking, personnel/resource management, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
