Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team at ActionLink. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing our client's amazing audio products to customers and promoting their home theater technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a dedicated brand influencer and introduce our client's products to customers.
  • Execute sales strategies to meet program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors.
  • Build relationships with store managers and associates to increase sales in assigned stores.
  • Engage customers through product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs.
  • Assist and train store personnel to communicate our client's information with confidence.
  • Display our client's products in a way that showcases their features and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is required, with consumer electronics experience being a plus.
  • Strong sales aptitude and a high degree of initiative are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills are necessary.
  • Ability to present our client's product information confidently to individuals and groups.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time during shifts and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance.
  • Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet is necessary.
