Wireless Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Wireless Sales Manager to join our team. As a Wireless Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and motivating a team of experienced sales professionals to achieve sales and business targets in multiple retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, lead, coach, guide, mentor, and develop a team of wireless sales professionals.
- Inspire and motivate the team to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets.
- Demonstrate a player-coach approach to work, leading by example with sales and training for top performance in a territory market.
- Lead and execute recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels of top-quality talent in all assigned locations.
- Foster professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary package with bonus compensation ranging from $12,000 to $24,000 annually.
- High-performing wireless sales managers with Premium can earn upwards of $75,000 per year from base salary and commissions/bonuses earning(s).

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Management experience preferred.
- Wireless or related experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record in multi-tasking, personnel/resource management, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
