We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pepperonis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet every customer, thank them at the completion of their transaction, and provide assistance as needed.
- Transaction Management: Manage transactions using a cash register, ensure accurate pricing, and follow company policy when taking and handing out orders, applying coupons and discounts.
- Cash Handling: Balance the cash register, accept payments in cash, credit, or check, and provide accurate change and receipts.
- Order Fulfillment: Box pizzas, bag and wrap customer orders for safe transport, and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Offer suggestions and recommendations to customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma preferred.
- Experience: Experience with POS systems and cash registers, basic computer knowledge, and good math skills.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively resolve complaints, and a strong work ethic.
