Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Frontier Waste Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residential, commercial, and municipal clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls to provide an exceptional client experience
• Manage difficult or emotional customer situations, responding promptly to customer needs and requests for service and assistance
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
• Accurately document all calls and account information
• Identify and educate customers on services/products with the intent of suggestive upselling
• Process customer payments
• Perform outbound collection calls
• Review, monitor, and follow up on assigned accounts as appropriate
• Protect customer information by keeping all information confidential
• Update job knowledge by attending training and educational opportunities

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience
• 1 year of call center experience highly preferred
• 6 months work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
• Data entry, keyboard skills, and use of a 10-key calculator are required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborate with others effectively

Physical Requirements

• Sitting for 6 - 8 hours a day
• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing
• Ability to lift and move items up to 10 pounds

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required
