Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Associate to join our team at OZG Systems Engineering, LLC. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects, including setting deadlines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, secretarial science, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in administrative support, office management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
