At EVERSANA, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Field Representative to join our team. As a key member of our commercialization team, you will be responsible for promoting our clients' therapies through teleconference and/or telephone to selected healthcare offices and providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver impactful key clinical information and educational materials to healthcare providers via remote engagements.
- Partner with our clients' employees to build and execute business plans that drive sales growth.
- Enhance healthcare provider awareness of our clients' products and clinical data, equipping them with the necessary tools to facilitate robust clinical conversations.
- Build trust, knowledge, and confidence in healthcare providers to identify treatment gaps in appropriate patient groups.
- Meet and exceed call activity and adherence goals, as well as brand performance objectives set forth by our clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2+ years of sales experience in an outbound Virtual/Tele-sales or field sales role, preferably with a healthcare or pharma emphasis.
- Pain experience is preferred, and launch experience is a plus.
- Strong sales aptitude on highly competitive markets, documented sales results, and a rich understanding of the total office call.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software as needed.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
- Aptitude and confidence to converse with physicians and all levels of medical office staff.
