ABOUT THIS ROLE

As the Director of Product Management at Balbix, you will oversee one or more segments of the Balbix platform. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will shape and influence the product vision, strategy, and development, ultimately measured by customer success. Your contributions will empower Balbix to equip current and future clients for sustained success in quantifying and mitigating their breach risks while setting us apart from competitors.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Gain a profound understanding of Balbix technology, the associated challenges, and the market landscape.
  • Craft a compelling product vision and roadmap to prioritize development based on data-driven insights.
  • Skillfully balance the company's strategic growth goals, customer needs, and development capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with the CTO, engineering, UX/design, and other product team members to drive the scope, design, development, and launch of impactful features in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Advocate for the customer experience, making informed business and technical trade-offs.
  • Engage with customers and prospects to refine the product roadmap and align Balbix capabilities accordingly.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new releases and solution designs around innovative features.
  • Report to the Chief Product Officer and play a pivotal role in scaling the product management process and team.

Your Profile:

Qualifications:

  • MS/BS in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years in a technology-focused product management or consulting role.
  • 3-5 years of experience in designing and delivering modern B2B SaaS products at scale.
  • Strong technical background in cybersecurity, IT/cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software development.
  • Extensive experience in vulnerability management.
  • An MBA or prior startup experience is a significant advantage.
  • Exemplary leadership presence, data-driven judgment, and agile decision-making skills.
  • Must be able to work in person at our office.
