About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned product marketing leader to spearhead our growth strategy. As Head of GTM, you'll be responsible for refining our brand positioning, expanding our market influence, and ensuring our initiatives resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and manage workflow between PMMs, Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Provide market insights to inform product decisions and respond to requests for market material reviews.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Communications and other stakeholders on marketing campaigns, including lead and demand generation initiatives.
  • Contribute to brand portfolio and corporate branding efforts.
  • Develop case studies and use case scenarios in partnership with internal and external SMEs.
  • Support sales enablement activities, including pitch development, sales training, and creation of sales materials.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on demand generation and product campaigns.
  • 1+ years of management experience.
  • Proven expertise in market research, competitive intelligence, product-market fit, and market need assessments.
  • Experience in the healthcare/healthtech space, with at least 3 years in the industry.
  • Sales enablement experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
