Bilingual Office Coordinator with QuickBooks Experience

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment. Our compensation package includes a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a flexible schedule and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
• Develop and maintain accurate records and files
• Prepare business documents, including reports, memos, and correspondence
• Coordinate scheduling and confirm shipping and delivery arrangements
• Offer ad-hoc support to colleagues as needed
• Utilize problem-solving skills and teamwork to achieve objectives
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in office administration or related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite
• Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese a plus
