Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Multilingual Service Coordinator to join our team at Prestige Windows. This role will involve coordinating and scheduling measurements, installations, and appointments with homeowners for home improvement projects.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of customer service experience and be comfortable with phone communication.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and scheduling measurements, installations, and appointments with homeowners
  • Ensuring seamless communication between customers and installation teams
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and project details
