About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our technical support function, you will be responsible for executing our multi-tiered strategy to enhance our position in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues and answering questions related to our mold making and casting materials.
  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including polyurethane, silicone, epoxy, and latex rubbers and plastics.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other Polytek associates, including sales, research and development, and marketing teams.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, often requiring creative problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as materials science, chemistry, or engineering.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in technical marketing or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
