Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Pilot Company. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our travel centers and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the travel center and restaurant, including restrooms, showers, and common areas.
  • Perform general repair and maintenance tasks as needed, including fixing small problems with equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure that all trash and recyclables are properly disposed of and that the facilities are kept clean and free of clutter.
  • Provide excellent guest service by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems.
