Key Responsibilities:
As a CQV Engineering Consultant, you will:

  • Lead and manage client project initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate the engineering lifecycle of advanced manufacturing processes.
  • Foster understanding and commitment through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs and testing protocols.
  • Mentor and train team members on industry best practices and project-specific skills.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and support team development.
  • Contribute to our mission of being patient-focused and people-first.

Business Development Support:
Assist in expanding Project Farma's business initiatives by:

  • Building and nurturing professional networks.
  • Identifying client needs and proposing actionable support plans.
  • Exploring opportunities to enhance our service offerings.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience in project engineering or consulting.

Additional Requirements:
Full Covid vaccination is mandatory prior to employment, with exceptions for medical and religious reasons. This role requires full-time on-site presence and a willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
Project Farma offers a competitive salary range of $74,000 - $107,000 USD, along with an attractive bonus structure, comprehensive health insurance, a 401k plan with company match, paid time off, and continuing education assistance.
