Eventscape is on the lookout for a dedicated Installation Site Supervisor to spearhead our projects during the pivotal installation phase.

In this essential position, you will manage construction teams and tradespeople, stepping in hands-on when necessary. This role demands extensive travel, both within the country and internationally, so candidates must possess the ability to travel freely and maintain all required travel documentation.

ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Installation Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
  • Accurately and precisely installing prefabricated products for both interior and exterior applications.
  • Traveling internationally for installations, often with little notice.
  • Overseeing construction personnel, contractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure timely project completion while adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Effectively addressing challenges through clear communication and teamwork.
  • Conducting site evaluations and surveys, assessing fabrication and installation techniques, and performing daily quality inspections.
  • Acting as a liaison with clients, delivering outstanding service, and ensuring their vision is realized.
  • Providing support to our in-house fabrication teams when not on-site, offering valuable insights into installation processes.
  • Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications, evaluating project needs, and ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulations.
  • Maintaining unrestricted travel capability for frequent local and international assignments.
YOUR PROFILE
We seek candidates who possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in site management within challenging construction settings.
  • A comprehensive background in construction, with a proven track record of supervising both union and non-union subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in construction management software.
  • A solid understanding of building codes and a diligent approach to safety standards.
  • Familiarity with standard construction tools and equipment.
  • Expertise in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
  • A relevant degree (e.g., Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering) or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic planning skills.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and a commitment to delivering superior service.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Hands-on fabrication experience (e.g., finish carpentry, metal fabrication, etc.).
  • A dedication to project success, including a willingness to travel frequently for domestic and international assignments.
