ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Installation Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
  • Accurately and meticulously installing prefabricated products for both interior and exterior applications.
  • Traveling internationally for installations, occasionally on short notice.
  • Overseeing construction teams, contractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure timely project completion while adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Effectively resolving challenges through communication and teamwork.
  • Conducting site assessments and surveys, evaluating fabrication and installation techniques, and performing daily inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Acting as a liaison with clients, delivering outstanding service, and ensuring their vision is realized.
  • Assisting our in-house fabrication teams when not on-site, offering valuable insights into installation processes.
  • Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications, assessing project needs, and ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulations.
  • Maintaining unrestricted travel status for frequent local and international assignments.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
We seek individuals who possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in site management within challenging construction settings.
  • A robust background in construction, with a proven track record of supervising both union and non-union subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in construction management software.
  • A solid understanding of building codes and a meticulous approach to safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with standard construction tools and equipment.
  • Expertise in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
  • A relevant degree (e.g., Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering) or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic planning skills.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on fabrication experience (e.g., finish carpentry, metal fabrication, etc.).
  • A dedication to project success, including a willingness to travel frequently both domestically and internationally.
