Job Title: Component Engineer 4

We are seeking a highly skilled Component Engineer 4 to join our team at The Judge Group. As a key member of our Endovascular Robotics business, you will be responsible for developing complex electromechanical systems for our next-generation robotic platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design advanced mechanical systems using mathematical modeling, simulations, and control theories.
  • Apply mechanical engineering design principles to develop and optimize state-of-the-art mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test mechanical sub-systems.
  • Perform finite element analysis, kinematics, and tolerance analysis to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Develop and implement best practices in design methodologies, development processes, and tools.
Requirements:
  • PhD in mechanical engineering or mechatronics or closely related fields.
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on product development experience in mechanical-machine design.
  • Experience with programming languages such as MATLAB, Simulink, and LabVIEW.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering design principles, including statics, dynamics, and kinematics.
