Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute tailored strategies to deepen customer relationships and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Establish and maintain strong governance structures for each account, fostering executive engagement and advocacy.
- Advocate for customer success, creating and managing feedback loops with our Product and Engineering teams.
- Provide exceptional issue resolution, training, and customer education on new products and features.
- Prepare compelling presentations and reports for executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, consulting, or professional services.
- Background and expertise in financial services, crypto, and/or tax and accounting preferred.
