About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Narvar. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer health and success from go-live through to renewal and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the health and success of your customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes and goals.
  • Proactively engage with clients to demonstrate value and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy.
  • Use data insights to track client health, forecast and mitigate risk of churn, and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to synthesize customer feedback and drive product development that meets the needs of our retailers.
  • Partner with sales counterparts to ensure renewal and expansion opportunities are planned, forecasted, and actioned efficiently.
  • Contribute to the scalability of the customer success team through documentation and process optimization.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager at a SaaS company, with a proven track record of success with demanding enterprise-size accounts.
  • Master multitasker with outstanding attention to detail, able to juggle multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Influence product, success, support, and sales teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our technology platform to meet client needs.
  • Comfortable collaborating with both technical and business teams, with a strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, or logistics.
  • BA/BS degree, with previous start-up experience a strong plus.
