Position Title: Regional Sales Executive

Department: Emergency Sales

Reports To: Area Sales Manager

Summary: The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for strategizing, organizing, and executing sales initiatives for both new and existing products within the Emergency Response Services sector. This role emphasizes the promotion and sale of Ferno products, particularly focusing on Rescue solutions tailored for Fire and EMS clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the sales of Emergency Response Service products across the designated territory.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to devise and implement effective sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue and profit goals.
  • Assess and understand the needs of major clients to foster strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing expert guidance on product offerings.
  • Coordinate efforts with the distributor network to maximize sales potential.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, focusing on growth and profitability.
  • Engage with upper management at client organizations to discuss business strategies and demonstrate the value of Ferno products.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of progressive experience in capital equipment sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Advanced skills in sales strategy development, account management, and customer service.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks across a large territory.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present compelling proposals to diverse audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical technology and customer application support.
Physical Requirements:
