About the Role

Precinmac, a leading manufacturer of CNC machining and complex mechanical/optical/laser assembly, is seeking an experienced Administrative HR Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR Manager and other departments as needed, including tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • HR Support: Assist with HR-related tasks, including new employee onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with planning and coordinating employee events, get-togethers, and communications.
  • Office Operations: Assist with office supply needs, board room setup/teardown, and event coordination.
  • Safety and Compliance: Assist with the creation, communication, and adherence of safety protocols, and ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws.
Requirements
  • Education: High school education or GED required; some entry-level administrative and/or HR experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams); excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with confidential documents/information.
  • Availability: Must be available and willing to work overtime as needed; must maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
Working Conditions

This is a day shift, Monday-Friday position, with occasional weekend work required for special events. The successful candidate will work in a typical office setting, with occasional shop exposure. The position requires sitting for prolonged periods, manual dexterity, and the ability to give and receive communication to different levels of the organization.
