About the Opportunity

As an Inside Sales Representative at North Light Color, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading supplier in the wide-format/large-format/grand-format digital printing industry. Our company offers an array of top manufacturers' printers, cutters, laminators, welders, and other equipment to the print and sign industry.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the large-format printing industry and be able to communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential customers. You will also have a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers through regular communication and effective problem-solving
  • Provide consultation and guidance to customers to help them understand their challenges and develop solutions to resolve those challenges
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

Requirements:

  • Previous telemarketing, customer service, or related phone work experience preferred, but we will train the right individual
  • Good sales skills, particularly with strong upselling and closing abilities
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance. We also offer medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, and a high-energy and successful work environment.
