About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mid-Market Account Executive to join our team at ServiceTitan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and executing sales plans in collaboration with cross-functional customer acquisition teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in designated regions.
  2. Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the ServiceTitan platform, providing consultative sales demonstrations to customers and prospects.
  3. Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to provide a seamless buying experience for our customers.
  4. Manage sales efforts, activities, and results for the total available market in designated regions.
  5. Master your sales process and continuously seek areas for improvement.
  6. Take ownership of your book of business and execute your sales plan on a monthly basis.
  7. Update your sales pipeline in CRM software to communicate forecasting and deal progress.
Requirements
  1. 2+ years of experience working in an Enterprise sales role, preferably selling software (SaaS).
  2. Ability to perform consultative sales demonstrations, virtually and in-person.
  3. Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  4. Ability to handle objections and demonstrate value for complex software.
  5. Passion for cultivating, owning, and harvesting your own book of business.
  6. Tenacious work ethic with a desire to be a top performer at ServiceTitan.
  7. Ability to create urgency and close business.
  8. Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $105,200 USD - $119,800 USD + commissions. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
