We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at Engage Recruiting. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our client's Salesforce architecture and solutions, focusing on driving efficiencies, automations, and addressing sales handling needs.

You will collaborate closely with business partners to gain insights into their processes, objectives, and challenges, using your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and agility to develop effective solutions that improve sales process efficiency.

As a key liaison, you will interact with Agency Owners, Marketing, Business Operations, and Growth-Data teams. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing improvements in Salesforce architecture and sales processes to boost adoption and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Architecture Contributions: Design and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, automate processes, and address sales handling needs
  • Business Partner Collaboration: Engage with business partners to gain a deep understanding of their processes, objectives, and challenges to deliver impactful solutions
  • Efficiency Improvements: Apply analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail to create robust components that refine and optimize sales processes
  • Requirements and Development: Develop comprehensive requirements and epics/stories to support business growth and new product/functionality launches
  • Enhancements and Adoption: Develop and implement improvements in Salesforce architecture and sales processes to drive adoption and operational efficiency
  • Estimation and Delivery: Accurately estimate project scope and deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Salesforce architecture, APEX programming, Lightning Components, and API integrations
  • Component Development: Skilled in developing Lightning components and utilizing API testing tools
  • Solution Development: Proven ability to design, develop, and test Salesforce solutions, including conducting automated testing
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities with a track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Education: Additional certifications or advanced degrees related to Salesforce development
  • Relevant Experience: Experience with Salesforce implementations in large franchise networks or similar complex environments
