Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our teams at Vets Hired. This role involves providing administrative support, coordinating office needs, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills and experience in MS Office Suite to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. You will also assist with desktop publishing activities, coordinate office activities, and provide exceptional customer service.
You will work closely with various teams, including Marketing, to ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently. Additionally, you will serve as an HR touchpoint, assisting with the onboarding process and paperwork for new hires.
Responsibilities- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas for assigned staff
- Take minutes and maintain accurate records
- Perform desktop publishing activities, such as reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Coordinate office activities, including parties and celebrations
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and visitors
- Assist with the onboarding process and paperwork for new hires
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to business ethics
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Vets Hired offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
