Office Administration Director

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at SEARCH, a leading archaeological firm based in Orlando, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative activities of our office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, with experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities. They will be responsible for greeting visitors, directing inquiries, setting meetings, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, they will provide administrative support to various departments, including payroll, logistics, and other teams.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with education and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, group term life insurance, 401(k) plan with match, 10 paid holidays per year, and accrued paid time off (PTO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to leadership team, including CEO.
- Coordinate meetings, document meeting minutes, and assist logistics needs.
- Compile report material for shipment to client and state agencies.
- File business regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Provide accounting support, including Concur and expense reports.
Requirements:
- Two or more years' experience in an administrative setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with cloud-based CRM software for small businesses.
- Ability to multi-task on several projects, independently and as a team.
