We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Studio Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a key member of our studio management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fitness center.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Studio Manager in overseeing daily studio operations, including class scheduling, member services, and staff management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive member engagement, retention, and growth.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall studio performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to promote the studio and its services.
We are seeking a highly organized, communicative, and results-driven individual with a passion for fitness and customer service. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a fitness or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices.
