Role Responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors to the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise.
- Present the OTF concept to interested individuals.
- Assist in creating monthly schedules for sales associates.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering calls and assisting members.
- Collaborate with the Studio Manager to oversee studio operations.
- Conduct studio tours for prospective members.
- Work closely with the coaching team to guide newcomers through their first Orangetheory workout.
- Promote membership sales to ensure studio success while meeting personal sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects and conduct outreach calls to support studio growth.
- Address member concerns professionally and objectively.
- Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives for the studio.
- Assist the Studio Manager in training and developing sales associates.
- Ensure the studio environment is clean and organized.
- 1-3 years of experience in an Orangetheory studio (REQUIRED).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales, retail, or fitness environments is preferred.
- Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
This is a full-time position.
