Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and oversee Sales Associates within the studio.
- Utilize independent judgment to guide the work of all staff members.
- Implement effective sales processes to engage prospective members.
- Enhance and manage multiple revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and instructor training.
- Maintain accurate inventory of studio retail products.
- Conduct staff scheduling and ensure operational efficiency.
- Facilitate community engagement through networking events and studio promotions.
