Role Summary:
The Assistant Studio Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the member experience at Orangetheory Fitness. This position is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about fitness and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all studio visitors with warmth and enthusiasm, providing them with relevant information.
  • Introduce potential members to the OTF concept through informative presentations.
  • Assist in developing monthly schedules for the sales team.
  • Manage front desk operations, including phone inquiries and member interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Studio Manager to oversee daily studio operations.
  • Conduct studio tours for prospective members, showcasing the facility.
  • Work closely with the coaching team to support new members during their initial workouts.
  • Drive membership sales to contribute to studio success while meeting personal sales targets.
  • Engage with potential members through follow-up calls and outreach initiatives.
  • Address member concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach activities to promote the studio.
  • Assist the Studio Manager in training and developing the sales team.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the studio.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an Orangetheory studio is mandatory.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in sales, retail, or fitness environments is preferred.
  • Background in customer service roles is advantageous.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Position Type:
This is a full-time role.
