Club Pilates Athens is a well-established, nation-wide brand, committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community. With over 2200 instructors providing over 17 million workouts a year to tens of thousands of members, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager to oversee all studio functionality from sales to instructors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and sales process implementation to schedule prospects into demo classes
  • Membership sales and management of staff schedule
  • Direct coordination with vendors to ensure accurate inventory counts and studio retail/product stocking
  • Supervision of Sales Representatives and hiring/management of all instructors at the studio
  • Proficiency in ClubReady, including revenue reports, attendance reports, and instructor evaluations
  • Independently making decisions related to high-level customer service and enforcing Club Pilates policies and procedures
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio and ensuring all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible
  • Scheduling and participating in networking/community events and studio promotions
  • Strategically managing marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales
  • Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
  • Fluent in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment and recognize areas of improvement
  • Passion for fitness and solid writing and grammar skills
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary of $45,000 to $50,000, based on experience and performance
  • Commission paid on sales
