Job Summary

The Hospitality Worker II is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and assist guests, providing information and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reservations and Registration: Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration for guests, ensuring seamless and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Cash Handling and Operations: Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous guest services experience required, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns.
  • Cash Handling and Operations: Previous cash handling experience preferred, with a strong understanding of cash handling procedures and software systems.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
