About the Role

The Hospitality Worker I is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Hospitality Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to our guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Reservation Management: Book reservations and coordinate registration to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls and deliver messages as needed, maintaining excellent communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous guest services experience preferred, but not required.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrates organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
