Production Machine Technician

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is actively seeking skilled Machine Operators to support our clients in the manufacturing sector. These roles are designed for individuals who possess a strong aptitude for machinery and are eager to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Position Summary:
As a Machine Operator, your primary duties will involve managing various types of machinery, including collators, laminators, and punch machines. While prior experience in manufacturing is advantageous, we value candidates who demonstrate a robust work ethic and a readiness to learn. This position requires individuals who are comfortable with physical activity throughout their shifts.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3 pm to 11 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate diverse machinery within the production line, such as collators, laminators, and punch machines.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of workspaces and machinery for subsequent shifts.
- Complete necessary documentation related to machine operations.
- Adhere to established machine protocols and guidelines.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Basic proficiency in English, mathematics, and reading.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
- Basic computer skills and mechanical knowledge are preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory.
Physical Demands:
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to maneuver loads using a pallet jack.
