About the Role

Your Impact
  • Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to your manager, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.
  • Meet customer demands by providing prompt, responsive, and accurate on-site maintenance services.
  • Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, and Expense Reports, as well as Canon property assigned to you.
  • Develop strong customer communication and satisfaction skills to ensure a positive experience.
  • Ensure the performance of assigned machines and equipment.
  • Contribute to achieving branch/district metric targets by facilitating performance and efficiency.
About You

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:

  • Hold a High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Possess a basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class.
  • Ability to travel, with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Capable of functioning in a 24/7 environment, with possible on-call rotations.
  • Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter their premises.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).
