Role Summary:
The Assembly Technician I role is an entry-level opportunity designed to equip the technician with the skills to interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions while constructing Bluberi gaming machines from various components.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:
- Assemble Bluberi gaming machines under the guidance of a supervisor, adhering to provided work instructions.
- Develop skills to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Gain proficiency in utilizing hand tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Conduct diagnostic assessments of assembled equipment under supervision.
- Learn to interpret a bill of materials and ensure all necessary components are available for assembly.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience may be considered.
- Technical aptitude.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently.
- Strong hand-eye coordination.
- Proficient in the use of various hand tools.
- Capability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Consistent attendance and reliability.
- Willingness to take responsibility for the quality of work produced.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This position requires regular communication and interaction. The employee must frequently stand, walk, sit, and utilize hands for handling tools and materials. Occasional reaching, climbing, balancing, and other physical activities may be necessary.
- Vision requirements include the ability to see clearly at various distances and to adjust focus as needed.
- Physical demands include the ability to lift or maneuver at least fifty (50) pounds, with assistance when necessary.
