Position Overview

We are seeking adaptable professionals who excel in both business development and client relationship management. This role demands a highly motivated individual with a strong drive for success. The ideal candidate will be accustomed to a high volume of daily sales activities, as selective business development approaches are not effective in this environment.

The successful candidate must possess the ability to network and cultivate relationships from the ground up with attorneys, accountants, trust and estate executives, insurance professionals, and other key influencers who can connect them with high net worth individuals. Once these individuals become clients, the Advisor will be responsible for assisting them in formulating investment strategies tailored to their unique financial circumstances. A comprehensive understanding of the strategies employed in each portfolio is essential, as actual investment decisions are made by the firm's investment policy teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and strengthen client relationships before and after retirement, offering a distinctive experience that highlights the unique value proposition of the Wealth Management Group.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for high net worth and affluent clients, as well as institutional key influencers.
  3. Attractive compensation package available.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Possession of NASD Series 7 and 66 (or a combination of 63 and 65) along with relevant State insurance licenses.
  3. Preferred certifications include Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), or Chartered Mutual Fund Consultant (CMFC).
  4. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial sales role providing planning services to high net worth clients.
  5. Demonstrated success in generating sales and managing relationships with high net worth clients, with a broad understanding of retirement products, investment matters, and applicable tax and estate planning issues.
  6. Proven ability to comprehend a client's unique financial situation, deliver suitable advice and solutions, and exhibit financial leadership.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build face-to-face relationships with clients, while also being a collaborative team player.
  8. Experience with client relationship management systems is advantageous.
