Job Title: Technical Support Representative

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc is seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Technical Support team at our Las Vegas office location.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented problem solver to provide exceptional service to our residential and commercial customers. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing product education, selection, and compatibility guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide product feedback and grow your network
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to propose solutions to business challenges

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required) or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred) with a minimum 2.8 GPA
  • Minimum 2 years of prior customer-facing experience and a proven track record of problem-solving
  • Previous experience troubleshooting issues, diagnosing problems, or working in a technical support capacity
