Customer Success Manager, Email Marketing- Dynamic Yield

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Mastercard. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our Dynamic Yield platform by our clients.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing and a proven track record of delivering successful customer success programs. You will be responsible for understanding our customers' business needs and developing strategies to meet those needs. This will involve working closely with our sales team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure client adoption and utilization of Dynamic Yield
- Work closely with sales team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support to clients
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of Dynamic Yield
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients
- 4+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
- Strong background in email marketing and a proven track record of delivering successful customer success programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
