Role Summary:
We are in search of experienced wastewater engineers to enhance our expanding team. This position offers a remarkable opportunity for professional development within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee projects utilizing technical expertise to enhance the capabilities of the project team.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning through to the design and construction of wastewater conveyance systems, including pipelines and treatment facilities.
  • Lead the creation of construction documents and provide engineering support during the construction phase.
  • Ensure projects adhere to established budgets and timelines.
  • Coordinate project execution with various disciplines.
  • Develop comprehensive planning and design projects from conception to completion.
  • Prepare detailed construction packages for the engineering, procurement, and construction of wastewater systems.
  • Generate and manage cost estimates and project schedules, ensuring design tasks are completed within budget and on time.
  • Conduct detailed engineering calculations and analyses using design software to address complex challenges.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.

Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in the planning, design, and construction of municipal wastewater systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient in preparing, reviewing, and approving project drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Experience in process design, upgrades of treatment plants, and pump station design.

Client Relationship Skills:
  • Proven experience in proposal preparation and client management.
  • Strong analytical skills and technical problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to develop expertise across a range of engineering tasks.
  • Ability to train and mentor junior staff effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in proposal writing and development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 annually, with potential adjustments based on various factors including experience and qualifications.
