Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a childcare setting (preferred).
  • High energy and enthusiasm for working with children.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with basic computer proficiency.
  • Solid understanding of child development principles.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Current certification in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid.
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
  • Passing of health screenings is required.

  • Possession of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
