Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Director II to lead our F-35 Block 4 program in Manchester, NH. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of executing large, complex development programs and influencing across internal and external boundaries to achieve goals.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $164,000 and $278,800 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Regular employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) savings plan and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

The Program Director II will be responsible for:

  • Create a high-performing work environment that delivers on commitments (schedule, cost, and technical) while ensuring team compliance to ethics, security, and safety objectives and policies.
  • Provide proactive project management, including initiating and planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing on critical activities.
  • Manage internal and external reporting of multiple large contracts.
  • Drive a risk management approach that actively mitigates risks and works to realize opportunities.
  • Interact frequently with senior-level executives, customers, suppliers, and associate contractors concerning projects, operational decisions, contracts, and strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related discipline and a minimum of 12 years of experience leading technical and program teams through all phases of the lifecycle.
  • Proven performance delivering on commitments in complex environments.
  • Successful record leading and managing large EMD programs with systems, hardware, software, and firmware development, including transition to production at rate.
