We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Flex Employee Services. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for managing a book of business and overseeing the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts.

About This Role
  • This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement in Manchester NH.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management and possess a strong understanding of EPIC or ImageRight systems.
  • A Professional and Personal Lines (P&C) insurance license is required, or 5+ years of commercial lines account management experience with a requirement to obtain the necessary licensure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients and develop strategic relationships to drive growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve client satisfaction and overall performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimal results.

Compensation & Benefits:

This role offers an estimated salary range of $62,400 - $72,800 per year, depending on experience, as well as a referral bonus of $500.
