Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at Xplor, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and expand our customer base. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in outside sales and a passion for building relationships with small to medium-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target businesses
- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers and ensure seamless integration with existing services
- Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities using Salesforce
- Present Xplor's payment processing solutions to merchants and business owners
- Educate clients on the benefits of Xplor's innovative technology
- Maintain regular communication with sales leadership to ensure alignment and goals are met
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B outside sales, preferably with a focus on business-to-business (B2B) payments or related industries
- Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- A hunter mentality, professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and a high sense of urgency
- The ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
- Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
