About the Role

As a Sales Executive at Xplor, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and expand our customer base. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in outside sales and a passion for building relationships with small to medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target businesses
  • Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers and ensure seamless integration with existing services
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities using Salesforce
  • Present Xplor's payment processing solutions to merchants and business owners
  • Educate clients on the benefits of Xplor's innovative technology
  • Maintain regular communication with sales leadership to ensure alignment and goals are met
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B outside sales, preferably with a focus on business-to-business (B2B) payments or related industries
  • Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • A hunter mentality, professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and a high sense of urgency
  • The ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
  • Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
