About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Care Specialist to join our team at Catholic Medical Center. In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients in our short-term observation unit, assessing and managing patients who require further evaluation but do not need immediate hospital admission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit patients' physical and psychosocial status based on interview, examination, and review of clinical data.
  • Apply critical thinking skills to solve complex patient care problems and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in assessing, responding, and adapting care plans to meet the unique needs of our patient population.
  • Act as a mentor and leader within your team, promoting excellence in patient care.
  • Participate in clinical committees to drive exceptional care and create positive outcomes for our patients.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse with a strong track record of providing high-quality patient care.
  • Current unencumbered RN license in the State of New Hampshire.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification required.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferred, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing strongly preferred.
