Guest Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Guest Service Manager to join our team at LaRosa's. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and quality food in a clean and safe environment.
Main Responsibilities- Guest Satisfaction: Foster a culture of guest satisfaction by ensuring that all staff members provide exceptional service and quality food.
- Staff Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills, promoting career growth and development.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation, adhering to company standards.
- Security: Maintain a secure cash handling environment, adhere to health and safety regulations, and prevent shrinkage.
In addition to these responsibilities, you may also be required to assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed. You will work closely with management to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional guest experiences and achieving business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional college classes in management, accounting, and finance preferred.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a restaurant environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
